The above actions and drills done barefoot help prepare all of us for any type of activity. AND we can do these safely knowing our bodies are fully activated and balanced from the feet up. I work with clients of all ages and abilities (from 6 to 86) – the results are always the same. No injuries, more confidence in moving no matter what the environment and better overall balance.

I have yet to hear or see anything that can convince me that going barefoot is a bad idea. On the contrary, going better is our way to better overall health!
