T-Team Circuit Training


Here is your chance to train with one of Canada’s premier fitness specialists – Coach Jeff Stapleton – at one of the best training facilities in Mississauga.

This is a fast-paced, all-encompassing program that will improve your fatigue tolerance, core endurance strength, balance, agility, strength & power endurance.

It combines 12,  30 second exercise stations done consecutively over a 30 minute period with little to no rest. The goal is to complete as many circuits as possible following proper technique in the 30 minutes.

Coach Jeff designs and supervises the program, correcting technique & motivating you as needed.

Around the Bay / Spring Half and Full Marathon Clinic

Start date: Sunday, January 3, 2016
Finish date 1 – (Around the Bay): Sunday, April 3, 2016
Finish date 2 – (Mississauga Half and Full Marathon) : Sunday, May 1, 2016

Training dates: Wednesdays at 6:45 p.m. and Sundays at 8:00 a.m.

Clinic Content:

  • technical foundation training in safe, efficient & powerful running
  • learning the Squat-Scoot method of mid-foot running
  • learning how to move against gravity in a tight, light, compact, forward action
  • learning how to run safely whilst increasing speed (on the track), power endurance (on hills) and fatigue tolerance (gradually longer runs on rolling terrain)
  • developing improved balance, core activation and bracing, stronger feet muscles via various barefoot drills
  • developing confidence in your ability to run stronger without fear of injury
  • weekly e-mail updates
