TOTT Egg Nog Jog Running Clinic

What – this is an 11 week clinic that culminates in the Egg Nog Jog 10.8 km race around the Terra Cotta Conservation area on Sunday, December 7, 2014
Start Date – Wednesday, September 24, 2014. We will meet at the Runner’s Mark store (53 Lakeshore Rd. East in Port Credit – 905-289-3999) for a 6:45 p.m. start
End Date – Wednesday, December 3, 2014
Clinic Days – Wednesdays at various locations in Port Credit with a 6:45 p.m. start
                      – Sundays (with the odd Saturday session) at various locations – including the ENJ course – usually at 8:30 a.m.
Clinic Content – you will receive an 11 week training schedule, weekly e-mail updates, coaching from one of the best coaches in Canada
                            – hill training technique, track training sessions, drills done barefoot (somewhat optional) to improve balance, strength & cadence
                            – instruction to develop safe, efficient, powerful running by learning the coach’s squat/scoot method of mid-foot running
                            – access to 30 years of coaching expertise as it applies to improving your running prowess
Clinc Cost – $170.00/person payable via Interac e-mail money transfer, chque payable to Jeff Stapleton or cash on the clinic start date

This is your opportunity to train with a nationally certified coach who possess a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology & a record of turning injured &/or inexperienced runners into safe, efficient running jaguars!!
